Called Tater Tot casserole:
1 bag tater tots
1 lb ground meat (I use grd turkey), 1 can cream of chix soup, 1 can mixed veg, and cheddar cheese.
Spread the raw grd meat on the bottom of cass dish, mix soup and veggies and spread ontop of meat, sprinkle with cheese and top with tater tots all across top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min. Let stand 5 min and serve. This is a favorite in our house (just me and my husband), but easy enough to serve others needing meals.
